High speed MECHANICAL crochet knitting machine for the production of simple rigid and elastic bands.
The high speed and the minimal overall dimensions, makes MINISET a machine of maximum quality, productivity and easy to use.
MINISET uses bearded needles and is supplied with two weft bars for adjustable stroke from 0 to 50 mm and one heddle bar for elastic yarns. In addition, is supplied 1 fixed bar for cord insertion.
MINISET on demand can be supplied with a set to make shifting up to 100 mm with milled bars.
MINISET on demand, can be supplied with a special set to make stroke up to 150 mm with round bars.
MINISET can work with following yarns: polyester and nylon, in warp; polyester, nylon, cotton, rubber, elastic, in weft. These are the most common yarns, but, in any case, the machine can work also other kind of yarns.
MINISET has a check panel that controls the breakage of weft and warp yarns, the improper winding of product on take down rollers; all the anomalies are shown on the display panel and the machine stops automatically.
The panel includes a pick counter with preselector and, on demand, a meters counter with preselector; then, the machine has a constant updating accordingly to the EC safety standards.

– 2 weft bars for max. stroke up to 50 mm
– 1 additional fixed bar

– 1 elastic feeder with 3 rollers
– Check panel for automatic stop of machine in case of breakage of weft and warp yarns, empty cones, improper winding of the product
– Machine stop lamp: blinking in case of anomalies, fixed in case of stop

– Density variator by changeable toothed gears

MEDI uses bearded needles or compound needle and is supplied with 4 bars driven by link chain.
MEDI has a chain link extension up to 48 repetitions to make complex articles.
MEDI has a wefting device for the movement of 2 weft bars with stroke up to 650 mm.
MEDI uses the following yarns: polyester and nylon in warp; polyester, nylon, cotton, rubber, elastic in weft. These are among the most common yarns, but it uses also other types of yarns.
